We are seeking a motivated and passionate algorithm developer with expertise in wireless network protocols and algorithms to join the fast-growing team. You must have a solid background in wireless networks design, simulation and analysis. You must be able to work independently, as well as under the guidance of the team leader, to solve unique and complex technical problems. The core responsibilities of this position include the protocol/algorithm design and simulation of real-time location systems (RTLS) and networks for indoor and outdoor applications. Activities include research, evaluation, and further development of RTLS network protocols, assessment of real-world RTLS network setup and performance, as well as development of data analytical tools to diagnose network issues. Communication and presentation skills, team play, and personal initiative in defining new pathways in location systems are desirable.
