RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Redpoint system, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return any Redpoint component from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your hardware, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY

Redpoint tracks web user identities and, on occasion, ties such identities to email activity. Email communications from Redpoint Positioning provide opt-out capabilities in accordance to United States spam laws through a marketing automation service. When you request additional information, submit electronic forms to Redpoint Positioning, or register on the Redpoint Positioning.com Web site, the Company will ask you to provide basic contact information. Redpoint Positioning uses common Internet technologies, such as cookies to keep track of interactions with the Company’s Web sites and emails. When you register for or attend corporate events, Redpoint Positioning will ask you to provide basic contact information and information on your participation in webinars. Redpoint Positioning does not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties or partners.

Redpoint Positioning may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated policy at this location.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Redpoint Positioning in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the state of Massachusetts USA, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Massachusetts.
