Managers can protect their workforce from hazardous areas, vehicle collisions and environmental concerns.

Static zones: Geofences can be used both to keep personnel out of dangerous areas and to keep them in designated places.

Dynamic zones: Safety managers can designate facilities with overhead cranes or other dangerous equipment to alert workers when they stray into a high-risk area.

Two-Way Emergency Call: Workers carrying a personnel badge can press the red button to call for help. The emergency call triggers an alarm both on the tag and the server, alerting management via email or text message that the wearer needs immediate help. Managers can also push alarms or messages to badges through the UI, SiteWise.

Environmental Hazards: Integrators can add sensors to the RTLS so that alarms can be triggered when a variety of measurable environmental conditions like temperature or contaminations become dangerous.
